About Mark Eiland
Mark Eiland, Esq., has over thirty years of experience in estate planning, business succession planning, and trust administration. After earning a law degree and a graduate degree in tax law from the University of Alabama, he shifted from litigation to focus on trust and estate law. His extensive experience includes managing a regional bank's Trust Department, providing him unique insights into the practical effects of estate planning.
Mark is deeply invested in his community, holding past presidency of the Trust Section of the Alabama Bankers Association and active memberships in several regional estate planning councils. He and his wife Rene live in Mobile, where they focus on raising their three children and contributing to community development through various civic activities.
